Troop 16 in Franklin, Tennessee is part of the Natchez Trace District, Middle Tennessee Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Troop 16 was chartered in 1997, and is under the leadership of our original Scoutmaster, Mr. Richard Cole.
Troop 16 is an active troop, with scouts from Franklin, Thompson's Station, College Grove, Bethesda, Spring Hill - all parts of Williamson County, Tennessee. Our weekly troop meetings are held most Tuesday nights at 6:30 at the historic site of Epworth United Methodist Church (our charter organization) on Arno Road in Franklin. We also hold monthly Patrol Leader Council (PLC) meetings, monthly camping trips and other events. Our Troop Committee, comprised of trained adult leaders and parents, meets monthly.
